Quick and easy meal ideas for an exhausting week.

Menu Plan Monday {September 14-20}

This weekend got away from me, and I never got around to making a menu plan for the week. This means I’m a little behind! However, I’ve learned that having a menu plan is essential when it comes to my family staying away from the drive-thru!

Therefore, I’m just sharing our menu plan for this week today – no baby steps to healthy living. I’ll hopefully get back to sharing simple steps next week because I do have a really good tip I think you’ll find helpful.

Quick and easy meal ideas for an exhausting week.

Breakfast

Monday – Fried Eggs & Fruit
Tuesday – Oatmeal and fruit
Wednesday – Egg Scramble, fruit,
Thursday – Granola, Yogurt, and fruit
Friday – Quinoa Porridge
Saturday – Apple Coconut Crisp & Yogurt
Sunday – Egg Scramble, fruit

Lunch

Monday – Snack-y lunch
Tuesday – Salmon and Noodles (#17)
Wednesday – Apple, Quinoa and Kale Salad
Thursday – Pasta Primavera
Friday – Errand Day – lunch out!
Saturday – Avocado, Hard-Boiled Egg, raw veggies and fruit
Sunday – Leftover Buffet

Dinner

Monday – Turkey Sausage and Tuscan Bean Salad (quick meal I snagged at Costco!)
Tuesday – Lemon Chicken Piccata with Noodles and salad
Wednesday – Fish Chowder with Cornbread Muffins
Thursday – Pot Roast, Potatoes and Carrots
Friday – Hamburger Vegetable Soup in the crockpot
Saturday – Taco Pizza
Sunday – Sticky Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Carrots
