Intentional Conversation: Jesus Christ Prayed Specifically for You

Welcome to Intentional Conversations. These are conversations that we hope you’ll join us in each week. The next four Thursdays will be devoted to walking through what the High Priestly Prayer means for you!

Gratefulness swells in my heart when brothers and sisters in Christ pray for me. If my heart fills with gratitude when redeemed sinners pray for me, what must it be like when I remember that Jesus Christ prayed for me!

Would you join me for an Intentional Conversation?

  1. Wow Leigh Ann, that was awesome!!! ๐Ÿ™‚ You did GREAT! Makes me want to come down and visit…’re such an inspiration to me.
I think Intentional Conversation is a fabulous idea!

  2. Hi LeighAnn! I am a fairly new reader but have been blessed by your blog already. I like the idea of the Intentional Conversation. I think one of the drawbacks of our electronic world is that sometimes our writing can be misunderstood when we are not there to defend it. Anyway, enjoyed the first installment! (And I didn’t think you sounded “country” at all! But then again, I am writing from Tennessee!)

    1. Kimberly, thank you for your sweet words! And yes, being misunderstood has been a theme for me this year. But a good theme. I am learning slowly but surely how to write in a way that sheds light on Christ that is becoming and not off-putting. At least, I hope I am … haha! You just feel free to let me know when I mess it up. ๐Ÿ™‚

Well, of course, you didn’t think I was country then. I’m TALKING to you from Tennessee! ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Great job on the video! I’ve always loved Jesus’ prayer, and it’s always makes me kind of awe-struck to know he prayed for me personally.

  4. I love this. My mom and I watched this together. You are so warm and welcoming. You drew me in and I felt very called to open my Bible and study with you. I look forward to the rest of this series!
