40 Meals You Can Make in 20 Minutes or Less

40 meals you can make in 20 minutes or less_edited-1 With a baby and a toddler underfoot, I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. If you’re like me, you need simple, nutritious meals for your family that doesn’t require you to resort to pre-packaged, processed foods or carry-out. Eating healthy doesn’t have to fall by the wayside when you’re in a busy season of life!

My eBook, 20 Minute Meals , is filled with an entire month’s worth of 20 minute meals (complete with meal plans, grocery lists, and meal planning printables!).

But today I’m going to share with you some of my favorite 20 minute meals from around the web. I’ve got beef, chicken, fish, meatless, soups, salads, and more for you in this round-up. I’m telling you – these easy meals will save your sanity! 

There are so many times I’ve wanted to just order carry out, and there are even more times that the thought of making dinner makes me want to run from my house screaming, “Mercy!!!”

When you’re a mom of little ones or working outside the home, 20 minute meals are the only way to go . Sometimes they’re just the only way to go period (regardless of what season you’re in!).

So pull up a seat, grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea, and enjoy this list of easy meals that only take 20 minutes (or less)! Your life just got easier, my friend!
