2013-2014 Tot School Curriculum

Since we will be taking a month or two off from anything structured when we welcome our newest addition in September, I wanted to go ahead and gather my plan for the next year for Samuel. By the time I come up for air again, my toddler will be three years old. I want to have a plan for the next year so we don’t waste any time! So here is our tot school curriculum for 2013-2014!

  • Before Five in a Row Curriculum {see my post here}
  • Family Devotions {see my post here}
  • What’s in the Bible DVDs
  • The ABC’s for Godly Children
  • Tot School Printables, Tot Packs, and Preschool Packs from 1+1+1=1
  • Literature Based Printables from Homeschool Creations
  • ABC Printables from 1+1+1=1
  • Starfall.com
  • iPad {see my post here}
  • Toddler Trays {see my post here}
  • Learning Toys

I will probably use various other materials, but this is where the bulk of my planning time will be spent. I’m really excited for a new year of intentional toddler time with my tot!

    […] I said the Before Five in a Row Curriculum almost perfectly captures what we want to do. There is nothing in this curriculum to help with letter recognition and sounds, at least not as much as I would like. So I’ll be adding in a lot of letter work and phonics to our weeks over the course of the next year in order to prepare my son for kindergarten and even better reading readiness. Not to mention, he loves worksheets, table time, and letters – to eliminate this aspect of our homeschool preschool would devastate him. {You can see our full curriculum plan here.} […]
