Want to share the Gospel with your toddler on a more regular basis? Want to start teaching biblical truths to your child but not sure where to start?
You’re not alone.
The Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum for Toddlers is a downloadable eBook designed to help you teach early learning skills to your child while instilling God’s truth. One week at a time, I will guide you through sharing the Gospel with your child through various Bible stories and learning opportunities.
You can read about why I wrote the Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum for Toddlers here.
Designed to teach early learning skills through God’s Word.
The Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum for Toddlers is divided into eighteen weeks of lesson plans designed to help you make God’s Word central in your child’s everyday learning.
In this curriculum, I use Galatians 5:22-23 as my guide. Together with your child, you will explore love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control in ways that you and your child will love.
In addition, you will expose your child to each letter of the alphabet, identify numbers one through ten, explore the colors of the rainbow, and enjoy learning basic shapes in hands-on and age-appropriate ways.
The Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum for Toddlers is designed to be done three days a week. This leaves the other two days to fit in what you didn’t get to the day before, as well as time for play dates and other extracurricular activities like going to the library, park, or taking part in a local music class.
Who is it for?
The Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum is built for ages two to three, but depending on your child some toddlers will be ready before and some won’t be ready until later.
At the end of each lesson plan, I give additional ideas for older children because this curriculum would make a nice add-on to your regular preschool curriculum.
The Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum is designed for use with toddlers at home, but I believe it can be easily adapted for those desiring to use it in their classrooms whether that be a preschool setting or your church’s children’s ministry.
If you’re committed to teaching biblical truths to your toddler, you’ll find the Fruit of the Spirit Curriculum for Toddlers indispensable.
