We are entering into month 2 of our challenge. If you are new to the challenge, hop on board! No worries. You can pick up here or start back at February’s for a check list. But either way, just get in the Word with us and seek God’s wisdom!
I have always held Proverbs close to my heart. When I don’t know where to go in the Word, I start there.
I have also loved Psalms but find myself skipping around, constantly starting over with the first 31 and forgetting which ones I haven’t read yet. This year I set a goal to consistently read a Proverbs a day and also a Psalm each day. But making sure to get past the first 31 Psalms!
Seeking God’s Wisdom, Together
Would you like to join me? Or perhaps you joined us from the beginning and want to carry on in the challenge?
I have updated our chart for March. You can now save it to your desktop or print it out. A brief (but pretty) reminder that just a few minutes in the Word makes a huge difference! We can meditate on His wisdom all day long! (because we aren’t bombarding ourselves with gobs of scripture. But if you have time, by all means, bombard!)
I have included a document for March. I will provide you with a new one each month. I checked and it fits beautifully on my computer’s desktop! But you can also print it out (it is created to fit nicely on an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of regular old printer paper).
To print the PDF, use this file.
To put a picture on your desktop (or to share with others!),use this file.
We will be working our way through Proverbs several times and through the Psalms one time. Perhaps God REALLY wants us to grasp some topics in Proverbs!
Would you like some accountability?
You can comment on our Facebook status about it daily, at 4 pm EST. I admit I haven’t been consistent. Can I be frank? I was sad and frustrated that I didn’t see feedback from the updates. I understand not everyone sees them due to Facebook’s algorithms (huh?) and it resulted in a loss of mojo. But regardless, I am sorry that I didn’t hold up my end of the bargain. In March, we are back, each afternoon. Check in to encourage others (myself included!)
You can also tweet about it if you use Twitter. Just use the hashtag #seekingwisdom at the end of your tweet and we can follow along and encourage you there!
Note: You don’t have to comment on our FB page right at 4pm, but that is when our post will be out. You can come back at anytime to find the status on our Facebook page.
So print out the chart, or save it to your desktop and get ready for February 1st. Let’s seek His wisdom together!

I’ve been doing this since last month and I love it. Monday – Friday I do really well. Saturday and Sunday not so much. (I’ve been playing catch up on Monday and Tuesday by reading 2 Psalms and 2 chapters of Proverbs.) But that’s what I’m going to work on this month, being consistent on the weekends. I love this journey through 2 of my favorite books of the Bible!
The weekends are hard! But go you for committing to grow instead of give up!!
First I just wanted to congratulate you Leigh Ann on your pregnancy! When we first started this challenge, I didn’t realize that both you and Nikki were pregnant and only congratulated Nikki.
I am so happy for both of you!!!
I too have been with you on this challenge since the beginning, and have really enjoyed it. Right now I am signed up for a daily Bible reading that gets delivered to my email, so I read that, the Psalm of the day and the Proverb for that day at the same time. Thank-you for this wonderful idea!
Thanks, Christine!
and we are so glad you are in on the challenge!
I have been doing this challenge from the beginning as well. However, I am not on Facebook. Thanks for the printables each month – lovely!
Glad to know you are taking part!!
