Our Prayer for All Readers

Intentional By Grace has existed for almost two years now. In these two years, we’ve changed, grown, failed, and learned to surrender to the One who makes all things possible through His abundant grace and mercy. This corner of the Internet has become a space of not only the sharing of my life story, but of His life story for you.

Within our midst are failing marriages thirsty for God’s Spirit of transforming power, daughters estranged from parents longing for the washing of forgiveness, single women longing for companionship, friends who have been betrayed, women with secret sins no one can ever know lest they be judged, mothers on their knees for their prodigal son or daughter desperate for mercy, broken women who need Jesus like never before.

Here at Intentional By Grace, we long to walk with you in the broken, and it is our prayer that you would journey to the freedom that comes from knowing Christ.

So we pray:

Lord, make us women who love You above all else. Give us eyes to see Your face. Let us thirst for You every second of our lives. Meet us in our brokenness. Lord, You see every tear, every hurt, every question. May You supply the grace for us to believe that our broken stories are not lost on You, but are fodder for showing Your glory, Your faithfulness, and Your redeeming power!

Our prayer for all readers is for them to come to us broken and thirsty for You. We pray they come broken and leave knowing You orchestrated a divine appointment to win their hearts.

We pray women will be challenged in their faith so they grow in their love for You. Lord, protect our words. May we never give pat answers, but ever digging deeper into Your word, help us to stand on the Biblical truth, which is our foundation, our rock.

Give us courage to speak the truth in love along with humility to remember we are the chief of sinners. Give our readers ears to hear Your challenge and the grace to journey a life being ever transformed into the likeness of Christ.

But above all, we pray we would seek to glorify You in all we do. Help us to build into Your kingdom, and to lay aside kingdom of self. May we as a community of women become less in the eyes of the world so that you may become more.

Just my first week and already my daughter-in-law is finding support and encouragement as a wife or a Coastie. Keep up the good work and congrats on two years accomplished by grace and the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

I’ve been reading Intentional by Grace for maybe two weeks. It is so refreshing for me as a newlywed to read posts about marriage and to know that I’m not alone in the whole married arena. It’s so uplifiting to read about how the Lord is working and to know that he is working in my life even if I don’t see it.

I’ve only been reading since October I think, either October or August (because I was up at my parent’s house, that’s the only reason I remember!) Your blog is one of my favorites!
