Get Organized with Clean Mama Printables {Review & Giveaway}

Every Saturday, I (LA) sit down with my home management notebook, and begin to plan for the week to come. I love making lists, but I’m not in love with just putting it on a simple piece of notebook paper. If I go that route, you better believe I’m using different color pens and highlighters to jazz it up a little. Boring lists do not make me want to be productive. Pretty lists motivate me. It’s the simple things in life … really, it is. Can I get an amen?

I (Nikki) have always been a list maker. I don’t like to start a new list until I have completely accomplished the last one. Of course, completing an entire list rarely happens. I believe if you accomplish every thing on your list, every day, you are being too productive. Since I don’t always get the satisfaction of crossing everything off, I take the process of transferring, consolidating and compiling my lists very seriously. If it is a process I take seriously, you know I want it to be a pretty process. A bright, fun, crisp, clean, organized process.

So when I (LA) stumbled upon Clean Mama Printables a few weeks ago, I became ecstatic. I mean, really ecstatic! Clean Mama Printables is like a dream come true for list makers like me – the ones who like pretty, organized lists. I (Nikki) clearly enjoy the process of making lists more than accomplishing what is on the list so I was so excited, thrilled, to see these lists. They were just whispering: “Nikki, fill me in!” Okay. So they can’t speak. But that isn’t our point.

What are Clean Mama Printables?

Clean Mama Printables is an online etsy shop that is run by a former art teacher, turned work-at-home mom. She has a love for organizing and cleaning, which means she has created some incredible lists ranging from everyday lists to finances to blogging to cleaning to health and fitness and more.

We love Clean Mama Printables for a number of reasons:

  1. Run by a work-at-home mom. We love supporting fellow work-at-home moms. We think it’s awesome she’s found a way to make her gifts work for her life stage while bringing in a profit for her family.
  2. She loves Jesus. Enough said about that.
  3. Her lists are adorable! They make me want to be productive. Really productive!
  4. There is a list for everything. This means you can find a list that fits you no matter how picky you are! Am I the only picky one when it comes to my lists?
  5. Totally affordable. She doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for you to get organized, but she does charge for her printables. I’ve created a few printables in my lifetime. They take a lot of work! I’ll gladly pay her to take care of that work for me (and if I’m honest, she’s way better at it!).
  6. One time price. There is no annual fee. You pay and you receive. Love it!

Our experience using Clean Mama Printables:

Nikki and I have been using Clean Mama Printables for about a month now. It has totally streamlined not only our home life, but our work life as well.

Each Sunday, she and I print off the Perpetual Calendar and the All Over Everywhere List. We use the editable (not to be confused with edible, you have no idea how many times I messed that up! Darn, southern accent…) lists so we can fill them in, save, and send back over to the other person. Wow! How did we ever run our business without these two lists? I have no idea! Now, we can monitor the editorial calendar for the coming weeks for all of our blogs, and we can see the to do list laid out for each person for the week. No more wondering if the other person knows they are supposed to be designing our upcoming series banner or sending THAT email to a client. Shew!

I’ve also used the All Over Everywhere List for my weekly shopping trip/errand run. Holy cow! Can we say, so much easier? I keep one hanging on my refrigerator with the columns: King Soopers, Natural Grocers, Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Errand, and Misc. As we run out of something, or I remember I need to grab extra googly eyes for our craft project next week, I can add it to my list. SUH-weet!

I (Nikki) primarily use the lists for our business. However, I have been using the Weekly Docket for my daily to do items and menu plan for the week. I also use the bill payment checklist. I can write down when bills come in, when they are due, and check off that they have been paid. This is helpful if I am ever not able to personally pay the bills for any reason (if my husband needs to step in to help, I want him to know I have it totally under control!). Or if I am curious how much money we will be forking out next week. I have a big magnetic clip on my fridge. I have the bill payment tracker and the bills clipped together on there. I add the bills to the checklist as they come in and since I see them everyday, I can’t forget to pay them. :)

I (LA) look forward to organizing my kitchen using the Organized Kitchen Label Kit. I have been trying to figure out how to get my kitchen organized, and these seem like just the thing I’ve been looking for! This will be part of my winter projects list. Oh, and I found the Teacher’s Planning Kit incredibly exciting! This could be helpful with planning Intentional Toddler Time, as well as other school projects. See? So many great ways to get organized with Clean Mama Printables

What we don’t like about Clean Mama Printables:

Because I like to know the truth about products, I (LA) wanted to be sure I was thorough with our review. So I have been racking my brain for days trying to figure out what I don’t like about Clean Mama Printables. Because really? No one is perfect. But to be honest, Nikki and I can’t come up with anything we don’t like. If you don’t like super bright printables, then she has more mellow ones available. If you don’t like small spaces, then she probably has another list that will work better for you. She has so many options (maybe that can be a problem for some?), you’d be hard pressed to NOT be able find something that works well for you.

All in all, Clean Mama Printables is a great option if you’re looking for printables to help you get organized … the pretty way!
