Even if you don’t have a very successful garden, you will likely notice that zucchini grows by the many. There is also never a shortage at your local farmer’s market or CSA. I use my zucchini to make zucchini bread and I also throw it into soups and stews as a nice filler. Get your extra veggies any way you can!
I have found an easy way to preserve and store my zucchini. Rather than explain, I had to do a video. There is something extra special in this video. Take a look and you will see!

As you may notice, I didn’t finish the video as I said I would. Anthony came home, the girls were noisy, and I started making dinner. But I did, in fact, take them out after an hour. Yay!
