We’re excited to announce a new 9-week series here at Intentional By Grace! We’ve partnered with several of our contributors to bring you Freeze Your Way to Freedom: A 9-Week Series Filled with How To’s and Fresh Inspiration.
Through this series, we will teach you what meals you can freeze, how to plan a freezer cooking day, the best way to store your freezer foods, how to set up a freezer meal swap, and more!
This series is for those of you who want to spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying your family, those who just need a few extra recipes, and those of you who want to get out of the freezer section in the grocery store and make healthier choices.
We’ll offer step-by-step tutorials, printables, recipes, and more! Be sure to check back here tomorrow as Justyn from Creative Christian Mama kicks off our series with a broad overview of freezer cooking.
Do you have a favorite freezer meal? Share it in the comments!

Oooo I am definitely going to be looking forward to this. I just told my hubby last night that freezer meals and crock pot meals were definitely going to be the plan for the fall. Can’t wait to read this series.

My favorite freezer meal is chili. I would love to have more ideas. I tend to get in a rut.
I love chili too! It’s so easy to freeze. We have lots of great ideas coming! We’ll help that rut.
